כורסאות עיסוי – עד 14 ימי ניסיון
ברכישת כורסת עיסוי, הלקוח זכאי לתקופת ניסיון של עד 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.
במקרה של ביטול עסקה עקב התחרטות, יינתן ללקוח החזר מלא על עלות המוצר, בניכוי עלויות ההובלה, האיסוף והשירותים הנלווים, ככל שניתנו.
עלות ההובלה תקוזז מההחזר במקרה של ביטול עסקה, ולא במקרה של החלפת מוצר בדגם אחר, בכפוף לשיקול דעת החברה.
עלויות הובלה במקרה של ביטול
במקרה של ביטול עסקה בכורסאות עיסוי, יחולו על הלקוח עלויות ההובלה לפי הדגם:
דגמי 4D / VITIKER / FOTIKE
עלות הובלה: 450 ₪ לפני מע״מ לכל כיוון הובלה.
דגם PRO PREMIUM / דגם גדול וכבד
עלות הובלה: 500 ₪ לפני מע״מ לכל כיוון הובלה.
המחירים אינם כוללים פירוק כנפיים, עבודות סבלות ידניות, מנוף או שירותים חיצוניים נוספים ככל שיידרשו.
פירוק כנפיים / מעבר בדלת
במקרה שבו כורסת העיסוי אינה עוברת בדלת הבית או המעבר קטן מ־87 ס״מ, ייתכן שיידרש פירוק כנפיים.
עלות פירוק כנפיים: 280 ₪ לפני מע״מ.
סבלות ומנוף
במידה ונדרשות עבודות סבלות ידניות, העלות תיקבע בנפרד בהתאם לתנאי המקום, מספר הקומות, נגישות המבנה ומשקל המוצר.
שירותי סבלות הינם שירות חיצוני ואינם כלולים במחיר ההובלה.
במידה ונדרש מנוף, העלות המשוערת הינה 450–600 ₪, בהתאם למיקום ולתנאי ההובלה. שירות מנוף הינו שירות חיצוני.
החזרת כורסה באמצעות מובילים מטעם הלקוח
הלקוח רשאי להחזיר את כורסת העיסוי באמצעות צוות מובילים מנוסה מטעמו, אל מחסני החברה או לכתובת שתימסר על ידי החברה מראש.
במקרה כזה, האחריות המלאה על תקינות המוצר בזמן ההובלה חלה על הלקוח בלבד.
כל נזק, שריטה, שבר, חוסר בחלקים, תקלה או פגם שייגרמו למוצר במהלך ההובלה חזרה, יהיו באחריות הלקוח ויקוזזו מסכום ההחזר בהתאם להערכת החברה.
בדיקת המוצר לאחר החזרה
לאחר קבלת המוצר במחסני החברה, החברה תבצע בדיקה מקצועית למוצר.
כדי להיות זכאי להחזר, על המוצר להיות במצב תקין, ללא נזק חריג, ללא שברים, ללא קרעים, ללא כתמים וללא שימוש שאינו סביר במסגרת תקופת ניסיון.
במידה ויימצא נזק, חוסר באביזרים, פגם או ירידת ערך, החברה תהיה רשאית לקזז את עלות התיקון או ירידת הערך מסכום ההחזר.
שולחנות ארגונומיים
ניתן להחזיר שולחנות ארגונומיים עד 5 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.
על המוצר להישלח לאחת מכתובות החברה, כפי שתימסר ללקוח מראש, כאשר הוא באריזתו המקורית, ללא שימוש, שלם, תקין ובמצב זהה למצב שבו התקבל.
עלות המשלוח חזרה תחול על הלקוח, אלא אם מדובר במוצר פגום או תקול שהתקבל כך במועד האספקה.
מוצרים פגומים או תקולים בעת קבלה
במקרה שבו המוצר התקבל כשהוא פגום או תקול, על הלקוח לעדכן את החברה בהקדם האפשרי ולצרף תמונות או סרטון של הפגם.
במקרה שבו החברה תאשר כי מדובר בפגם שהתקיים בעת קבלת המוצר, החברה תפעל לתיקון, החלפה או פתרון אחר בהתאם לנסיבות המקרה ולשיקול דעתה.
זמן טיפול בהחזר
במקרה של ביטול עסקה בכורסת עיסוי, זמן תיאום ההובלה, איסוף המוצר, בדיקתו ועיבוד ההחזר עשוי להימשך עד 19 ימי עסקים.
לאחר אישור ההחזר, ייתכן זמן נוסף של עד 5 ימי עסקים לביצוע הזיכוי בפועל, בהתאם לחברת האשראי, הבנק או אמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה.
החזר כספי
ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאחר קבלת המוצר בחזרה, בדיקתו ואישור תקינותו.
במקרה של התחרטות, יינתן החזר מלא עבור עלות המוצר בלבד, בניכוי עלויות שילוח, הובלה, איסוף, פירוק, סבלות, מנוף או כל שירות חיצוני נוסף שניתן בפועל.
אין באמור כדי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין.
